Freight

Any stock item purchased through our website can be returned within 7 days of receipt if you are unhappy with the product, return freight & associated costs are the responsibility of the end user.

The item must be unused and in its undamaged packaging with all accessories ready to sell.  Refunds will be minus freight costs.  If the item has been lightly used you will need to discuss return options with us, re-stocking fees would usually apply in this case.

Our shopping cart will not automatically calculate the freight cost for you because at this time we can manually calculate freight prices cheaper and more accurantely than we can automatically, hopefully in the future this will change.

Once your order is submitted we call you to confirm the order details and receive payment details.

Items that fit into an Small sized Australia Post express bag cost $13.00 anywhere in Australia, please note we will re-package some items into bubble wrap if it means we can fit them in a smaller packet to send at a lower cost.

Medium sized Australia Post express bag cost $18.00 and a Large size costs $25

If you don't live nearby to a area specifically listed, there is a chance that our normal courier might not  deliver to your area in which case we might need to find another courier or arrange a depot collection from somewhere near you.  We tend to use small courier operations as we generally get better pricing and service from these companies although they don't always deliver to some smaller rural towns.

When your order ships, you will be emailed a tax invoice which will clearly show the Fastway/Australia Post label number.  Within 48 hours of shipping you'll be able to track your order online from www.fastway.com.au or www.australiapost.com.au by entering the label/consignment note number that appears on your invoice.

If you live in an area that our courier does not deliver to, we will call you to advise of the freight cost with an alternate courier or in some cases we can arrange depot collection from a nearby town.  We do not profit from freight costs and our aim is to ship via the safest, most economical methods possible.  Customers are always welcome to arrange their own shipping with pickup from our office at 22 Sydney Street, Mackay, QLD. 4740.

All prices are in Australian dollars.  International shipping is available to some countries, it is best that you email us with your address and what you'd like to order for a quotation on the freight.  We've just done a deal with a freight company for shipping Wheelsets to New Zealand.  International buyers are not charged the Australian taxes which are included in our pricing, once we deduct the Australian taxes from the cost the International shipping works out quite nicely.  For example a set of Bracciano's to New Zealand would only cost about $32.00 on top of the listed price for delivery!

If International buyers want to arrange their own shipping with a company like FedEX or TNT or a Parcel fowarding service that is fine with us.  If required contact us with a list of what you wish to purchase and we will advise you of the package dimension and weight.  Collections are from our facility at 22 Sydney Street, Mackay, Queensland, Australia 4740.
